We’re excited to announce a new chapter for dining at The Stroud Hotel, launching on Friday 4th September.

Every month, our Head Chef will introduce a carefully curated seasonal menu, celebrating locally sourced ingredients and the very best produce available throughout the year.

The first menu will feature dishes including slow-cooked lamb shoulder, roasted venison loin and hand-dived scallops, alongside many of our much-loved classics.

Our General Manager commented:
“We want The Stroud Hotel to stand out across Stroud and the wider local area—not only as a beautiful place to stay, but as a destination for exceptional food and genuinely personal service.

“By sourcing locally and introducing a new menu each month, we can give guests a reason to return throughout the year—whether they’re joining us with friends, gathering the family or planning a bespoke celebration in our event space.

This monthly approach will allow our kitchen team to work with the seasons, support local suppliers and continually bring something fresh and exciting to the table.

Raise your steins and get ready to say Prost! Our monthly themed Bottomless Brunch is back, and this time we’re bringing the spirit of Oktoberfest to The Stroud Hotel! 

Join us for an afternoon filled with Bavarian-inspired fun, delicious brunch dishes, bottomless drinks and a soundtrack packed with party favourites. Whether you arrive in traditional dress or simply bring your best beer-hall spirit, this promises to be a celebration worth raising a glass to!
